In these moments, you are not alone.

We take care of your loved one and of the arrangements, gently, at your pace. Call us at any hour: someone will answer.

Day and night, every day

You are free to choose your funeral operator. Nobody may solicit you at home or in a hospital.

Our commitments

1

One person, from start to finish

The same advisor answers your questions, organises the funeral with you and stays reachable afterwards.

2

A detailed written quote, free of charge

Drawn up on the regulatory model quote, line by line: what is compulsory, what is optional, nothing added without your agreement.

3

Your wishes, and theirs

Burial or cremation, religious or civil ceremony, music, words, flowers: we follow what you decide.

4

The paperwork, handled

Death registration at the town hall, permits, cemetery or crematorium: we take care of the formalities that can be done for you.

What happens next

You call us

At any hour. We listen, tell you what to do right away and what can wait until the morning.

We take care of your loved one

Transfer to the funeral home or care at home, depending on your wishes and the circumstances.

We meet to organise

At the funeral home or at your home: the ceremony, the date, the choices, and the written quote before anything is decided.

We stay by your side

On the day of the ceremony, and after: the monument, the thank-you cards, the questions that come later.

Documents to gather

  • The identity card or family record book of the deceased
  • The medical death certificate
  • Any written wishes or funeral contract
  • The cemetery plot deed, if there is a family grave

Families wrote to us

Questions families ask us

Someone has just died. What should I do first?
Call us, at any hour. A doctor must first certify the death. We then tell you what needs to be done right away and what can wait until the morning.
Am I free to choose the funeral home?
Yes, always, including when the death occurs in a hospital or care home. Nobody may solicit you at home or in a hospital to offer funeral services.
How much does a funeral cost?
It depends on your choices. We give you a detailed written quote, free of charge, on the regulatory model, which separates compulsory services from optional ones. Our model quotes are available at the funeral home and filed at the town hall.
Can we see our loved one before the ceremony?
Yes, in our funeral rooms or at home depending on the circumstances. We agree with you on the visiting times.
What happens to the ashes after a cremation?
They are placed in an urn, then in a cemetery, a memorial garden or scattered in nature, under conditions set by law. They may not be kept at home.
My parent had a funeral contract. What should we do?
Call us with the contract or the name of the insurer if you have it. We contact the insurer and follow the wishes recorded in the contract.
